Why is my Octiv app showing a black screen or not loading?

Quick Fixes (Try These First) 1. Force-close the app: swipe it away from your app switcher and reopen it. 2. Check your internet connection: try switching from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa). 3. Restart your phone. If the App Still Shows a Black Screen 1. Delete the Octiv app from your phone. 2. Reinstall it from your app store. 3. Log in with your email address and password. App Works on One Device but Not Another If the app works on a friend's phone or your tablet but not your main device, the issue is likely device-specific.
