Why is my Octiv account suspended?
Resolving facility account suspension due to unpaid invoices
Common Cause — Unpaid Octiv Invoice If your facility's Octiv account has been suspended, this is typically due to an unpaid invoice for your Octiv subscription. Steps to Resolve 1. Log in to your Octiv admin account. 2. Navigate to your billing section to find the outstanding invoice. 3. Pay the outstanding amount. 4. If payment has been made but the account remains suspended, contact Octiv Support at support@octivfitness.com with your proof of payment. 5. Octiv Support will confirm receipt and reactivate the account. ⚠ Account reactivation after payment confirmation may take a short time to process. Contact support if access is not restored within a few hours of payment. Invoice Not Appearing / Missing Invoices If you cannot find your invoices: • Check if your billing email address is on the suppression list — this would prevent invoice emails from arriving. • Invoices are also visible directly in your profile in the Octiv admin platform under Billing . • Contact Octiv Support if invoices are still missing after checking the above.
