Changing the email address on a member or staff profile
Members Cannot Change Their Own Email Address Email addresses cannot be changed by members from within the Octiv app. This must be done by a facility adminorOctiv Support. For Facility Admins — Update a Member's Email Address 1. Navigate to Members >> Manage >> [Member Name] 2. Click Edit or open the profile. 3. Update the Email Address field. 4. Save changes. ⚠ The email address is the member's login username. After updating, the member must use the new email address to log in. Send them a password reset link to the new address to confirm it works. For Members — What to Do 1. Contact your facility and ask them to update your email address on your profile. 2. Alternatively, email support@octivfitness.com with your name, facility, current email, and the new email address you want to use.
