Updating payment information for a member or facility
Update a Member's Billing Details 1. Navigate to Members >> Manage >> [Member Name] >> Billing >> Payment Type 2. Choose the payment type and follow the steps, Card subscription members will receive an email to add a card once changed to this payment type and will also be prompted in app before booking their next class.3. Once the member updates their card, future payments will use the new card automatically. Update Facility Bank Account (Payout Details) To update the bank account where Octiv settlements are paid out: 1. For PayStack : navigate to Settings >> Payment Gateways >> PayStack and update your banking information. 2. For NetCash : update your bank account details directly in the NetCash dashboard — changes reflect in Octiv automatically. 3.
