How do I resend a confirmation or welcome email to a member?

Resend a Welcome / Sign-Up Email Members >> [Member Name] >> Actions >> Send welcome email Ask the member to check their spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes. Member Never Received the Initial Welcome Email If the email genuinely did not arrive (not in spam), check whether the email address is on the suppression list by reaching out to Octiv Support.. Resend a Booking Confirmation You can send a customized message from the class list by locating the member on the class booking >> actions >> message member. Alternatively, you can contact Octiv Support. Card Subscription Onboarding Email To resend the email prompting a member to add their card details: Option 1: Members >> [Member] >> Billing >> Update billing details >> Select a different payment method opposed to Card Subscription, thereafter repeat the steps and select card subscription this time again. This triggers a new onboarding email to the member. Option 2: Go to Accounts >> Subscriptions >> [Member] >> Actions >> Send Onboarding link
