What Migrates from Virtuafacility to Octiv • Member profile data: name, email address, membership type. • Basic contact information. What Does NOT Migrate • Booking history and class attendance records. • Notification history. • Workout or performance data. • Payment history from Virtuafacility. What to Do Before Migrating 1. Export all historical booking data, payment history, and performance data from Virtuafacility before decommissioning access. 2. Save copies in a secure location — this data cannot be retrieved once Virtuafacility access ends. After Migration Use theAttendance Report in Octiv going forward to track bookings, check-ins, and cancellations. This serves as your ongoing audit trail post-migration. For member onboarding after migration, send each member a sign-up link so they can set their password and complete their Octiv profile. Members who previously purchased packages under a Virtuafacility account will need new packages assigned in Octiv.
