How to Check Your App Version • • In the Octiv app under Profile >> General - right at the bottom the app version is listed How to Update the Octiv App 1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). 2. Search for Octiv . 3. If an update is available, tap Update . 4. If the app does not update automatically, delete and reinstall it — this forces the latest version. Why App Updates Matter Many support issues are resolved by updating to the latest app version. Always check and update the app before reporting an issue. Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates Octiv sometimes pushes OTA updates to fix bugs without requiring a full App Store release.
