Removing a member profile or unlinking from a facility
As a Member — Removing Yourself from a Facility To remove your profile from a facility, contact the facility directly and ask them to deactivate or remove your profile. You cannot self-remove from a facility's member list. For Facility Admins — Deactivating a Member 1. Navigate to Members >> [Member Name] 2. Cancel or end any active packages. 3. Set the member's status to Inactive or Deactivated . ⚠ Do not delete member data before voiding any associated open invoices. Deactivating the profile is the correct action — full deletion is not recommended as it removes billing history and audit records. GDPR / Data Deletion Requests (EU) If a member in the EU requests deletion of their personal data under GDPR, contact Octiv Support at support@octivfitness.com. Octiv can process data deletion requests in compliance with applicable data protection law.
