How do I cancel my membership?
Octiv Support can't cancel your membership — only your facility can. Contact your facility, or request a cancellation in the app if they've enabled it.
Octiv Support cannot cancel your membership. Your membership is managed entirely by your facility, so any cancellation has to go through them — not through Octiv. There are two ways to do it:
Option 1 — Contact your facility
In the app, go to Profile >> General >> Support. A form opens asking "Who do you need support from?" — choose My Facility, enter a subject, describe your request, and submit. Your facility's own cancellation policy (for example, a notice period) will apply.
Option 2 — Request a cancellation in the app
If your facility has enabled this option, go to Profile >> General >> Request Cancellation and confirm when asked "Are you sure?". This sends a cancellation request to your facility to approve — it doesn't cancel your membership instantly.
Important: requesting a cancellation cancels your entire membership (subject to your facility's cancellation policy) — it does not cancel a single package. If you only want to change or drop one package, contact your facility directly instead.
If you don't see the Request Cancellation option, your facility hasn't enabled it — use Option 1.
