How do I add my card in the Octiv app?
Adding and managing payment cards in the member app
Adding Your Card Only Members that have a payment method listed as Card Subscription at their facility will be able to add their card to their profile in app. Otherwise the below will result in a blank screen. 2. Open the Octiv app and navigate to My Profile in the top left hand circle 3. General >> My Cards - click the “+” button and enter your card details. 4. Confirm — your card will be saved for future billing. Removing a Card from Your Profile If your payment method at your facility is on a card subscription, your card cannot be removed without first changing your payment method. Ask your facility staff to update your payment method away from card subscription. 2. Once the payment method is changed, You will be able to remove your card details in the app. Why Was My Card Charged? If you received an unexpected card charge,Contact your facility directly for details on the charge, or emailsupport@octivfitness.com. My member hasn’t added their Card details with a payment method of Card Subscription Facility Staff can resend the onboarding email by going to Accounts >> Subscriptions >> Actions >> Send Onboarding Link prompting the member to add their card. Ask the member to check their spam folder if the email does not appear within a few minutes. Alternatively you as facility are able to open the link for them to add card details from Accounts >> Subscriptions >> Actions >> Open Onboarding Link
