Finding billing history and invoices as a member
Viewing Your Invoices in the Member App 1. Open the Octiv app. 2. Click on your profile picture (top left corner) 3. Under “General”, select Finances 4. Your payment history, outstanding invoices, and paid invoices will be listed here. Downloading an Invoice Tap on the download button to save and view the invoice on your device. I Can't Find My Invoice in the App If an invoice is not visible in the app: 1. Log out and log back in to refresh your account data. 2. Contact your facility admin — they can view your invoice history from the admin panel and resend any invoice by email. For Facility Admins — Viewing Member Invoices :Accounts >> Invoices >> search by member name >> actions >> view
