How to send Comms from almost anywhere in the platform
Communications can be sent from almost everywhere a user is listed on the platform.
You will find a chat-like icon or a Send Comm button throughout the platform.
Clicking on the icon or Send Comm button and it will redirect you to the create communication screen with a populated list of recipients.
This feature is only visible if your staff account has the Comms permission enabled.
Please read “Account Access for Staff” on how to edit and change your staff access privileges.
