How do I link my Octiv accounts across different facilities?

You Don't Need a New Account If you already have an Octiv account at one facility and want to join another facility that uses Octiv, you can link the new facility to your existing account without creating a new one. Steps 1. Ask the new facility for their Octiv sign-up link . 2. Open the sign-up link 3. On the first screen, select "Yes, I have an account" . 4. Log in with your existing username (email address) and password. 5. The new facility will now appear in your Octiv app alongside your existing facility. ⚠ If you select "No, I do not have an account" instead of "Yes, I have an account", you will create a duplicate profile. If this happens, contact support@octivfitness.com to merge these accounts. Switching Between Facilities in the App Once linked to multiple facilities, you can switch between them in the Octiv app from the Dashboard, by clicking “Select Facility”
