How Do I Deactivate or Activate a Store Product?

This article explains how to deactivate a Store product to hide it from POS, and how to reactivate it again.

You can deactivate a product in your Store to hide it from the POS without deleting it, and reactivate it again at any time.

 

Deactivating a Product

Store > Products > Actions > Deactivate

  1. Go to Store and select Products.
  2. Find the product you want to deactivate.
  3. Click the Actions menu (the three dots) next to the product.
  4. Select Deactivate.

 

Note: Deactivated products will not show on the POS under Store > POS on the web app. They are not deleted and can be reactivated at any time.

 

Activating a Product

Store > Products > select the Deactivated filter > Actions > Activate

  1. Go to Store and select Products.
  2. Under Status, select the Deactivated filter to view inactive products.
  3. Find the product you want to reactivate.
  4. Click the Actions menu (the three dots) next to the product.
  5. Select Activate.

 

Filtering Products by Status

Use the Active and Deactivated filters on the Store > Products page to switch between viewing your active and inactive products.
