How do I create or modify a membership package?
Setting up and editing membership packages in Octiv
Creating a New Package Settings >> Packages >> Package Management >> Create New 1. Fill in the package name and description. 2. Select the package type and number of sessions 3. Add the price and select the billing frequency (e.g. every 4 weeks / monthly). 4.Select the purchasing limits 5. Configure display settings: select whether the package appears on the app and/or the sign-up widget. 6. Under Manage Classes , select which classes this packages has access to in order for members to only book the relevant classes linked to this package 6. Click Submit . Editing an Existing Package Settings >> Packages >> Package Management >> [Package] >> Actions >> Edit ⚠ Changes to a package's settings (e.g. adding class restrictions) apply to all members currently on that package. If you only want to change settings for a specific member, edit the package on the individual member's profile instead. Package Not Showing in App or Widget If a package is not visible to members on the app or booking widget: 1. Go to Settings >> Packages >> [Package] >> Actions >> Edit2. Scroll down to the bottom until you see “Package Visibility” 3. Ensure the package is enabled to be visible on the Sign up Widget and/ or for purchase in the app 4. Save changes and ask the member to refresh their app. Package Widget vs Sign-Up Widget • Membership Widget: displays existing packages but does not allow purchases. For existing members only. • Sign-Up Widget: allows new members to browse and purchase packages and sign up. For new members. If members cannot purchase via your website widget, you may have the package Widget embedded instead of the Sign-Up Widget. You can view and copy widgets under Settings ->> Widgets.
