How do I control how far ahead members can see workouts?
Set how many days ahead members see upcoming workouts under Settings › Workouts › Workout Visibility — and why a workout might not be showing.
You control how far in advance members can see upcoming workouts.
Go to Settings >> Workouts >> Workout Visibility and set "How long in advance can a member view a workout?" to the number of days you want (for example, 7 days). Members will then see workouts up to that many days ahead.
If a workout isn't showing for a member:
- Check the visibility setting above — the workout may be scheduled further ahead than that window allows.
- Check the programme link. Every workout is created on a programme — you select the programme when you create the workout. For a member to see it, that programme must be linked to a package that's active on the member's account.
