How do I configure the Vitality integration for my facility?

Admin setup guide for enabling Discovery Vitality at your facility

Prerequisites • Your facility must be vetted and approved by the Vitality Fitness team at VitalityFitness@discovery.co.za • Vetting is per-location — each branch must be vetted separately. • Do not enable Vitality in Octiv until vetting is confirmed. Enabling Vitality in Octiv 1. Once vetting is confirmed by the Vitality Fitness team, contact Octiv Support to enable the integration for your facility. 2. Octiv Support will configure the integration on the backend and confirm once live. Setting Up Vitality-Eligible Classes 1. Navigate to Settings >> Classes 2. For each class that should be eligible for Vitality bookings, ensure it is configured as a Vitality-eligible class type. 3. Contact Octiv Support if you need guidance on which class types qualify. Vitality QR Code for Member Check-In The Vitality QR code used for member check-ins is found at: Admin >> Check-In >> Vitality QR Code This code rotates every 30 minutes — it must be displayed live on a screen at the facility for members to scan. Do not screenshot and share it. Discovery Points Kiosk Setup If your facility uses a physical Discovery Kiosk device, setup is managed by the Vitality Fitness team. Contact VitalityFitness@discovery.co.za for kiosk installation and configuration. Octiv Support assists with the platform-side configuration.
