How do I add a workout or log a personal best in the app?

Log your own workouts and personal bests in the Octiv app — General › My Workout Tracker › Add a Workout, choose Personal or Benchmark, and enter your score.

You can log your own workouts and personal bests directly in the Octiv app.

  1. Tap the circle in the top-left corner, then go to General >> My Workout Tracker.
  2. Tap + Add a Workout.
  3. Choose Personal or Benchmark.
  4. Pick the measurement type (for example time, reps, or weight).
  5. Enter your score and save.
