A member still has access after their package ended

Revoking access when a membership ends or is cancelled

Why Access May Continue After Cancellation • The package ended but the member's profile status was not set to Inactive. • The member has a secondary package that is still active. • The package end date has not yet been reached (access runs until the end date). Revoking Access Immediately 1. Navigate to Members >> [Member Name] 2. Check all packages in the Packages tab — deactivate or set an end date on any active ones: Actions >> Edit >> Set an end-date >> Submit OR Actions >> Deactivate 3. Set the member's status to Inactive if they should no longer have any access: Members >> [Member Name] >> Actions >> Deactivate Access Control — Removing Door Access (not sure) If the member has physical door access via Nuki/Seam: 1. Navigate to Settings >> Access Control 2. Remove the member from the access list. Membership Contract End Dates Not Showing If the contract end date is not visible on the member's profile, the contract may not have a defined end date (e.g. it is an ongoing/rolling membership). To add an end date: Members >> [Member] >> Contracts >> Actions >> Edit >> add End Date >> Submit
