Why is a class showing as full when there are available spots?

Resolving incorrect 'class full' display

Check the Class Capacity Setting 1. Navigate to Schedule >> [Class] >> Edit 2. Check the Capacity field — confirm it reflects the actual number of spots available. 3. If capacity is incorrectly low, update it and save. Check for Cancelled Bookings Not Being Released 1. View the attendee list: Schedule >> [Class] >> Attendees 2. Look for bookings from members who have since cancelled — these should have freed up capacity. 3. If cancelled bookings are still occupying spots, contact Octiv Support — this may be a display bug. Check Waitlist Settings If waitlist is enabled and all spots are taken by waitlisted members who were automatically promoted, the class will appear full. Review the waitlist and confirm member promotions are being processed correctly. Booking Restriction by Package Type Some members may see a class as full if their package type does not allow booking into that specific class, even when capacity is available. Check the class's package restrictions underSettings >> Classes >> [Class] >> Package Restrictions.
