Why are Previous Benchmark Scores not Reflecting under your Benchmark Scores/ Leaderboard?
Only if the workout is added as a benchmark and the coach has validated the score will your benchmark performance be updated and added to the leaderboard.
Only if the workout is added as a benchmark and the coach has validated the score will your benchmark performance be updated and added to the leaderboard.
Your members’ benchmark scores could not be reflecting for two reasons:
1. The workout that you added was not added as a benchmark exercise See How to create a new benchmark.
In-order for members to view what they scored previously on a workout, the workout first needs to be added as a benchmark and then programmed into the training session. If you just create the same workout as a “normal” exercise to the programme (i.e. without selecting it from the benchmark list), the system cannot attribute the score to the actual benchmark performance.
2. The trainer has not approved the members’ benchmark score See How to approve benchmark scores.
The trainer or a staff member needs to validate the member’s benchmark score to ensure that the exercise was supervised and approved by a certified trainer.
