Trainer's Report

The trainer’s report can tell you how many and which classes and sessions a trainer has given over a certain duration. A payroll estimate can also be viewed.

Reports > Attendance > Trainer > If needed, filter for a specific time or location.

To view an estimate of the class or session earnings per trainer, the trainer’s rate needs to be added under the staff member’s profile.

When adding a rate to the staff’s profile, take note of the difference between a class and a session.

Ensure that the correct trainer has been assigned to the correct class or session for accurate reporting.
