The facility address is showing incorrectly on the Discovery or Vitality app

Updating facility address for Vitality and email communications

Update Address in Octiv 1. Go to Settings >> Comms >> Location Details >> View/Edit 2. Update the address fields and save. 3. Refresh the page to confirm the change. If the address still shows incorrectly in Octiv outgoing emails after saving, contact Octiv Support who can update it on the backend. Address Incorrect on the Discovery / Vitality App If the facility address or availability is incorrect on the Discovery app specifically (not the Octiv platform), the update must be made on the Vitality side: 1. Email VitalityFitness@discovery.co.za 2. Include: facility name, correct address, and a screenshot of what is currently showing on the Discovery app. 3. Allow up to 24 hours for the update to reflect on the Discovery app. ⚠ Octiv controls the address shown in Octiv emails and the Octiv admin. Discovery controls the address shown on the Discovery/Vitality app. Both may need to be updated separately.
