Staff are not receiving class booking or cancellation notification emails
Configuring staff notification settings for bookings and cancellations
Check Notification Settings Settings >> Communication >> Class Schedule German interface:Einstellungen >> Kommunikation >> Kursplan Check whether class booking and cancellation notifications are toggled on for staff. Re-enable the desired notifications if they were turned off. Important Change — Class Booking Notification to Staff The'Class Booking – To Staff'notification type was removed from automatic triggers. It now only fires when a waitlisted member is promoted to a booking. This is by design — not a bug. Staff will no longer receive an email for every individual class booking. Alternative — Use the Attendance Report As an alternative to real-time email notifications, use the Attendance Report to review all bookings and cancellations: Reports >> Attendance Report >> filter by class and date range Booking Cancellation Emails Are Intermittently Missing If cancellation notification emails are arriving inconsistently: 1. Add yourself as a CC recipient in the cancellation notification settings. 2. This provides a backup delivery path and improves reliability. 3. Report persistent issues to Octiv Support for investigation. How to Send Push Notifications to Class Participants To notify all members booked into a class (e.g. class is cancelled, time change): Schedule >> [Class] >> Message Bookings Or via:Communications >> Create >> follow the creation process
