Manage Workouts
See an overview of your programmed workouts for the month, week or day.
See an overview of your programmed workouts for the month, week or day.
Left hand menu > Workouts > Manage
You can further refine your overview by filtering under the respective programme.
Left hand menu > Workouts > Manage > Select the drop down menu under programme > Select programme
On the Dashboard, click on “Workouts” for a shortcut to “Manage Workouts”.
Switch between workouts for the day by clicking on the programme tabs.
