How to manually add a package to members via the schedule

Octiv offers two options on how to add a new package to a member's profile. Via the member's card and the schedule

Adding a package to a member via the schedule

Octiv offers staff to manually add a package to a member's profile via the schedule to book them into the class.

If a member has a package allocated to them that does not allow access to all classes they will not be able to be booked into the non-selected categories. 
Staff members have the option to add packages to a member from the schedule for them to book them into all classes easily.

Octiv will however request for them to add the package, and follow payment instructions to add the booking

Scheduling > Calendar > Select class/ session >  Add booking > Select user type (member) > Search for member > Add package > Book
