How do I buy top-up sessions in the app?

Buy extra top-up sessions from the Octiv app when your studio has enabled it, and how paying for them works.

If you're on a limited package (for example 3× a week or 8× a month), you can buy extra sessions for that week or month directly from the Octiv app — as long as your studio has enabled top-ups.

How to buy top-up sessions

  1. In the app, tap the Packages icon on the menu bar.
  2. Tap Top Up.
  3. Enter the number of sessions you'd like to buy and tap Proceed.

Paying for your top-up
If your studio uses an online payment gateway (such as Stripe, Paystack or PayNow), an invoice opens in the app for you to pay right away — your extra sessions are released immediately once paid.

If your studio doesn't use an online payment gateway, you'll pay the invoice as your studio instructs (for example EFT, cash or card). Your extra sessions are only released once your studio has recorded the payment.
