How do I adjust a member's booking view?

Show or hide booking numbers and other members' names in the member app, per location.

You can choose what members see about other people's bookings when they look at a class in the Octiv app. You set this separately for each location.

Change what members can see

  1. Go to Settings >> Scheduling.
  2. Under Member Bookings, find the location you want to change.
  3. Set either or both of these options to Yes or No:
    • Display booking details in class? Choose No to hide how many spots are booked and how many are still open. Members then only see whether they can book the class.
    • Display booked members in class? Choose No to hide the names of the other members booked into the class.
  4. Click Update.

The same Member Bookings section also lets you set how far in advance members can book, whether they can book classes at your other locations, and the maximum bookings per member per day.
