How does the waitlist work, and why can't members see their position?

How the Waitlist Works When a class is full, members can join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available (due to a cancellation), the first member on the waitlist is notified by email and automatically given the opportunity to confirm their booking. Managing the Waitlist (Admin) Schedule >> [Class] >> Waitlist >> View / Manage From here, admins can view who is on the waitlist and manually book a waitlisted member if a spot opens. Why Members Cannot See Their Waitlist Position Waitlist position visibility is linked to themember name display setting: • If "Show member names in class" is enabled , members can see their waitlist position. • If "Show member names in class" is disabled (common for privacy), members cannot see their position. This is a known display limitation. A feature request has been submitted to allow waitlist position visibility even when member names are hidden. ⚠ Waitlist members are notified by email when a spot becomes available (if email notifications are active). For urgent situations, the facility can manually book a waitlisted member from the admin.
