How does the overbooking / session deduction bug affect my facility?

Understanding and managing the known session validation issue

Known Issue There have been reports of members being able to book sessions even after their package sessions are exhausted — sessions may not always deduct correctly when a booking is made. This is a known platform issue under investigation by the Octiv tech team. Interim Steps 1. Monitor session balances on member profiles regularly, especially for high-usage members. 2. If overbooking is suspected, check the member's transaction history: Members >> [Member] >> Packages >> Transaction History 3. Manually adjust the session balance if a member has been over-credited: Members >> [Member] >> Packages >> Edit >> Adjust Credits 4. Report the specific member and booking details to Octiv Support for investigation. ⚠ Until a fix is deployed, manual monitoring of members approaching their sessions limit is recommended to prevent unintended overbooking.
