How does the Discovery Points Kiosk work?

What Is the Discovery Kiosk? Some South African facilities use a physical Discovery Kiosk device for member check-ins and Vitality point earning. This is a Vitality hardware device that communicates with the Octiv platform. Setup Kiosk setup is managed by theVitality Fitness team: VitalityFitness@discovery.co.za. Octiv Support assists with the platform-side configuration to ensure the facility is correctly configured in the Octiv-Vitality integration. Kiosk Not Reflecting Correct Data If the kiosk is showing incorrect information (e.g. wrong member details, wrong booking data): 1. Contact the Vitality Fitness team at VitalityFitness@discovery.co.za 2. Also contact Octiv Support at support@octivfitness.com 3. Both teams may need to investigate the data sync between Octiv and the kiosk.
