How do I set up and use the CRM leads pipeline?

Managing leads and the sales pipeline in Octiv

Accessing the Leads Pipeline Left hand menu >> Leads >> Manage What the Pipeline Shows The Manage Leads view shows all leads with columns for: • Last contacted • Next follow-up date • Captured date • Bookings • Status Moving Leads Through the Pipeline 1. Select the lead by ticking the checkbox next to their name. 2. Click Change Status to move them to the next stage (e.g. Interested > Trial Booked > Converted). Generating an Invoice for a Lead 1. Leads >> Manage >> select lead by ticking checkbox >> Generate Invoice >> fill in details >> Submit 2. The lead's invoice will be visible under Accounts >> Invoices >> Lead Member Capturing a Lead Leads can be captured via: • Octiv lead capture widgets embedded on your website. • Manual entry: Leads >> Create New Lead >> enter details • The Octiv sign-up flow (if configured for lead capture rather than direct membership sign-up). ⚠ A lead can be captured to your pipeline multiple times (e.g. if they enquire, leave, and return later).
