How do I log in to Octiv as a staff member?

Staff members access Octiv through the web-based admin platform— not the member app.

Logging In as an Admin or Staff Member
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Octiv URL www.octifitness.com

1. Enter your username (staff email address) and password.
2. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen, or contact Octiv Support to do a manual reset

⚠ If a staff member taps 'Staff' in the Octiv member app, it will redirect them to the online platform — this is expected behaviour, not a bug. Staff do not use the member app at all.

Resetting a Staff Member's Password (Admin)
Ask them to use the Forgot Password option on the login screen or Contact Octiv Support for a manual password reset for your staff.

Adding a New Staff Member
Staff >> Create New >> Follow the prompts
