How do I link my Discovery Vitality account to earn Vitality points?

Steps to Link Your Discovery Vitality Account 1. Open the Octiv member app . 2. Navigate to My Profile >> General. 3. Look for the Discovery Vitality option. 4. Enter your Discovery Vitality membership number. 5. Confirm the link — you will then be able to accumulate Vitality points through successful check in/ check outs on Octiv. ⚠ If the Discovery Vitality option does not appear in your Profile, contact your facility administrator — this feature may need to be enabled at the facility level. How to Book a Class Using a Vitality Credit On the Vitality Fitness App You must select the Vitality free workout booking option specifically — booking with a standard package credit will not earn Vitality points.How to Earn Points After a Class Both check-in AND check-out are required to earn Vitality points.
