How do I earn Vitality points through my facility?

Step 1 — Link Your Discovery Account 1. Open the Octiv member app. 2. Go to My Profile . 3. Find the Discovery Vitality icon, enter your DOB, ID number and give consent to Vitality to share your personal info to award points. Step 2 — Book Using Your Vitality Credit When booking a class, select the Vitality free workout option — all bookings count toward your Vitality points. Step 3 — Check In AND Check Out When a booking is made through Octiv, scan in through the app. If made outside of Octiv, scan the QR code from your mobile camera 1. When you arrive, scan the QR code using the Check-In function in the app. 2. When you leave, complete the Check-Out step in the app. Why Aren't My Points Showing? • You booked using a standard session instead of a Vitality credit — only Vitality credit bookings earn points. • You only checked in but did not check out — both are required. • Your Discovery account is not linked in the app — relink it via Profile >> General >> Discovery account . • Discovery points can take up 1-3 business days to reflect in your Discovery app. Check-Out Button Not Appearing If you cannot see the check-out button, your Discovery account may not be properly linked. Try unlinking and relinking: Profile >> General >> Unlink Discovery >> Relink Discovery EMAIL & NOTIFICATIONS
