How do I deactivate a Paystack sub-account?

Deactivate a Paystack sub-account in Octiv under Settings › Payment Gateways › Adhoc › View active details, by setting the gateway status to Deactivated.

To deactivate a Paystack sub-account:

  1. Go to Settings >> Payment Gateways >> Adhoc.
  2. Click View active details.
  3. Under Gateway status, change the radio button from Active to Deactivated.
  4. Click Submit.
