How do I convert a lead to a full member in Octiv?

Steps to complete a lead conversion and set up the new member

Converting the Lead 1. Navigate to Leads >> Manage >> [Lead Name] 2. Click Convert to Member (or equivalent action for your Octiv version). 3. Confirm the conversion — this creates a full member profile from the lead record. After Conversion — Assign a Package 1. Navigate to the newly created member profile: Members >> [Member Name] 2. Go to the Packages tab and assign the appropriate membership package. 3. Configure payment method and billing details. After Conversion — Assign a Programme (Critical Step) The system doesnotautomatically assign a Programme when a lead is converted. Without a Programme, the new member cannot see workouts or training content in the app even though their account is active. 1. Navigate to Members >> [Member Name] >> Programme 2. Click Assign and select the appropriate programme (e.g. the facility's main training programme). ⚠ A Programme controls what workout content the member sees in the app. A Package controls billing and class sessions. Both must be assigned for a fully set-up member. Send Welcome Email to New Member Once the member is fully set up, send them a welcome email: Members >> [Member Name] >> Actions >> Send welcome email
