How do I change a member's payment type from card subscription to Cash/EFT?
Switching individual members off card subscription billing
Steps to Change Payment Type 1. Navigate to Members >> Manage >> [Member Name] >> Billing >> Payment Type 2. Change the payment type from Card Subscription to Cash/EFT . 3. Click Update billing details . 4. Once a cash invoice is generated for the next period, mark it as paid when you receive payment. Bulk Payment Type Change Members >> Manage >> tick checkboxes next to relevant members >> Bulk Action >> Change Payment Type >> select Cash/EFT and next billing date What Happens to the Saved Card? After switching to Cash/EFT, the member's saved card is no longer used for billing but remains on file. If the member wants the card removed entirely,this can be done in app after the payment method change has been confirmed.
