How can members view their financial information

Members can view their statement or make payment on outstanding invoices directly from the app

Members have the ability to view their financial statements and make payment on unpaid invoices via the Octiv application. The finances feature allows the member to keep track of and seamlessly monitor their financial history. 


Both the invoice history and statement can be viewed from the chosen period selected.


To locate your invoices and statement in the Octiv Application;

Login to the Octiv app using your member login details > menu > finances > statements/ unpaid invoices > filter date period.


Totals shown in GREEN refers to either payments made by the member or credit notes issued by the facility and totals shown in RED refers to invoiced amounts

The member can navigate to the "Unpaid Invoices" tab to view the invoices that are yet to be paid. Should your facility be integrated with an adhoc payment gateway, the member will be able to select the "pay now" button next to the invoice and continue on to making the payment. 

To enable your members to make online payments from Octiv, your facility has to be integrated with an adhoc payment gateway.
