1. GoCardless:

Please first make sure that your country can be onboarded with GoCardless by selecting here.

Please make sure to sign up to your GoCardless account with the SAME email address as your Octiv Owner account.

Once you have created your account please let us know so that we can enable the gateway for you.

2. Stripe ACH

  • Web: https://stripe.com

You would first need to create your Stripe account to activate your ACH payments.

If you are a US-based Stripe user, you can receive USD payments directly from a customer's bank account instead of a credit or debit card by using Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. You can activate ACH payments from your Dashboard:

  1. Log into your Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the ACH Terms of Service.

  3. Click Enable ACH to accept the Terms of Service and enable ACH payments on your account.

Once you have set up your Stripe account you will have to complete the webhook setup to integrate the API between Octiv and Stripe.
