Access control with Octiv works via the check-in QR code. We do not offer gated access control nor integrate with any other gated access control programmes.

Your facility's unique QR code can be found under Check-In.

If your facility has multiple locations make sure to select the correct location. 

You can either have your QR code digitally visible on a table or screen in your facility or printed out. 

We suggest placing the check-in QR code so it is visible for your members at the entrance of your facility or where your members gather before the class begins. 

On arrival members will scan the QR code within their Octiv app and check in for the class they are joining. 

If a member forgets their phone, or to check-in the trainer can do it from their staff profile.
