Performance Results Not Saving 1. Confirm the member submitted their score in the app — look for a submission confirmation message. 2. If the score requires validation, it will not appear on the leaderboard until a trainer validates it: Workouts >> Benchmarks >> Validate 3. If the score was submitted but does not appear even after validation, ask the member to reinstall the app and resubmit. Historical Workout Data Is Missing If a member's historical performance data (PRs, benchmark history) appears to be missing: 1. Confirm the member is logged in to the correct profile — they may have multiple accounts. 2. If data was recorded under a different email/profile, contact Octiv Support — they can investigate whether data recovery is possible. Benchmark Scores Not Appearing on Leaderboard Benchmark scores must be validated before they appear on the leaderboard: Workouts >> Benchmarks >> Validate >> Search for member >> Validate or Reject Unvalidated scores remain visible to the member but do not appear publicly on the leaderboard.
