The Settlements view shows when payments were batched and sent to your bank account.
Settlement Missing After 2 Working Days
1. Check the Settlements view to confirm the payment was processed.
- Contact Octiv Support at support@octivfitness.com with the payment date and amount.
- Octiv Support will escalate to Paystack for reconciliation.
