Where do I see Vitality bookings and how are they tracked?

Viewing Vitality Bookings Vitality bookings appear in your class schedule alongside regular bookings but are identifiable by their payment type. To view Vitality-specific bookings: 1. Navigate to Schedule >> [Class] >> Attendees 2. Members who booked using a Vitality credit will be marked with the vitality symbol next to their name Check-In and Check-Out Tracking for Vitality Both check-in and check-out must be completed for a Vitality booking to register as a valid workout with Discovery. Check the attendance log to confirm both events were recorded: Schedule >> [Class] >> Attendees >> confirm Check-In and Check-Out timestamps Reconciling Vitality Bookings with Discovery If there are disputes about Vitality check-ins not registering with Discovery, collect the following and email VitalityFitness@discovery.co.za: • Member's name and Discovery membership number • Class date and time • Screenshot of check-in/check-out from Octiv attendance log
