# Where do I add my facility logo?

## Add your logo to the app, emails and invoices

You can add your logo in three places, depending on where you want it to show.

### On the platform and in the member app

Go to **Settings \>\> Facility & Location**. On the **Facility Settings** tab, under **Facility Logo**, upload a **Dark mode logo** and a **Light mode logo**. The member app follows each member's device theme, so it's best to add both. If you only add one, it's used in both modes.

### On the emails Octiv sends

Go to **Settings \>\> Comms**, open the **Location Settings** tab and choose your location. Under **Location Details**, upload your **Location Logo** and click **Update**.

### On your invoices and Octiv Explore

Go to **Settings \>\> Accounts**, open the **Location Settings** tab and choose your location. Below **Location Invoice Details**, upload your **Location Logo** and click **Submit**.

Logos can be up to 4 MB, and PNG is recommended.
