What is the difference between a membership package and a drop-in?

Explaining packages, drop-ins, and sessions to members

Membership Packages A membership package is a recurring or fixed-term agreement that provides a set number of class sessions per period. Packages are typically billed monthly, weekly, or on a billing cycle and offer a lower per-class cost than drop-ins. Examples: "8 classes per month", "Unlimited classes", "3x per week" Drop-Ins A drop-in is a single-session credit for one class visit, with no ongoing commitment. Drop-ins are ideal for visitors, trial sessions, or members who attend infrequently. Drop-ins are typically priced higher per session than a package. Drop-ins will be stored under Leads and not under Members. Credits Both packages and drop-ins give members sessions— one credit is used per class booking. When sessions run out, the member cannot book further classes until they purchase more or renew their package. For Members — Which Should I Choose? • Package: if you attend regularly (2+ times per week), a package offers better value. • Drop-in: if you attend occasionally or are trying a new facility, a drop-in is more flexible. Assigning sessions to a Member Admins can assign sessions/ sessions to a member directly from their profile: Members >> [Member] >> Packages >> Actions >> Edit >> Edit the amount of sessions >> Submit. Not that this is only possible on packages with limited sessions l
