# What do I need to apply to join the Vitality Fitness Network?
## Documents for your VFit application and what happens after approval.
To offer Vitality at your facility, you first apply to join the **Vitality Fitness Network** (also called **VFit**). The application and approval are handled by **Discovery Vitality**, not Octiv. To request the application form or check on your application, contact **vitalityfitness@discovery.co.za**.
**Documents you'll usually need**
Discovery Vitality sets the requirements and may ask for more than this, but applications usually include:
- Your **company registration certificate**
- **ID or passport copies** of all directors (or of the owner or owners, if the facility is a sole proprietorship or partnership)
- A **directors' resolution**, if the facility is owned by a company
- Proof of any **compliance certificates or registrations with regulatory bodies** that apply to your facility
- **Photographs of the facility**, as part of Vitality's assessment
- Any **other documents** Discovery Vitality asks for, for approval or ongoing compliance
⚠ If Discovery Vitality asks for **financial information or bank-confirmed banking details**, submit them only through the channel Discovery Vitality gives you for this, **never by email**.
**What happens after you're approved**
1. Approval is **per location**, so each branch is vetted separately.
2. Once Vitality approves a location, they notify Octiv, and **Octiv Support enables the integration** for that location.
