How Octiv Charges Facilities Octiv bills facilities based on a subscription fee that is typically tied to the number of active users (members) on the platform. Your specific pricing plan is agreed at sign-up. What Counts as a User? The user count is based on the highest number of users during the last 30 days. Users include: Members: active, on hold, or suspended Staff: active This means that even if some members are currently on hold or suspended, they are still counted in this total.
