How to Check Outage Status • Check the Cloudflare status page: cloudflarestatus.com • Octiv Support will post updates when connectivity is restored. What to Tell Members Let members know the platform is temporarily unavailable due to an infrastructure issue and that their data is safe. Assure them that class bookings, memberships, and payments are not affected — the issue is connectivity only. Ask them to try again in 30–60 minutes.
