My class schedule or workouts are not showing in the app

Member guide to missing schedules or workout content

Step 1 — Refresh the App 1. Force-close the app and reopen it. 2. Log out ( My Profile >> Log Out ) and log back in. Step 2 — Update the App 1. check if there is an Octiv update available. 2. If yes, update the app. 3. If no update is available, delete and reinstall the app to force a fresh download. Still Not Resolved?
